The selection process looks more or less like the following:

Now, let us analyse each section a bit further. For aptitude and reasoning, please rely on your previous experiences and practice from books such as R.S.Aggarwal as well as other sources.Also follow Barrons GRE. It could be doubly useful for Vocabulary test.As far as Programming section is concerned , please do some smart work and analyse previous papers as well brush some basics like on C programming...the questions are something like find the output of the program, compilation errors, find which line of the given program has an error. u ought to be thorough with data structures in C to answer them will not find simple C programming questions be thorough with data structures using C. (this tip has been sourced from a webpage for your benefit of understanding)
About Essay  you may get a task of about 100 or above words with a 10 minutes duration. You may get current affairs topics or argumentative or reflective topics. You may also get pretty unconventional topics.So, don’t panick.Try and understand and carefully analyze before drawing the plan of action.
